Newly single pop princess Katy Perry leads an all-star party parade this weekend as she celebrates the new 1 OAKs official grand opening at the Mirage.
Country ! music ex pands its roots in Las Vegas as Nashville Unplugged features a second night in a second casino, plus its a preview of Aprils 47th Academy of Country Music Awards (the nominations were announced Thursday morning) in April with Brad Paisley and opening acts The Band Perry and American Idol winner Scotty McCreery at Mandalay Bay Events Center.
Music offerings also run the gamut from Kid Rock for two nights to the Golden Oldies of Hermans Hermits. The party playground is in full force with birthdays for Peter Facinelli (Twilights Dr. Carlisle Cullen, Nurse Jackie ) and Backstreet Boys Nick Carter, plus a host of guest DJs and rap stars.
And there are gorgeous girls, thankfully, and Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil is just one of the many celebrity judges for the Miss Nevada USA Pageant hosted by 1995 Miss USA Shanna Moakler, who hired Dancing With the Stars pro Tony Dovolani for the show.

Tommy Thayer of KISS judges the Ultimate Kiss Off Finale at the Hard Rock Hotel emceed by Senior Editor John Katsilometes and Trish McCrone of Kats With the Dish as the top KISS tribute bands battle it out to play at the grand opening of Kiss by Monster Mini Golf in March.
