Katy Perry: Only Russell and I know the truth behind split

There has been much speculation as to the reasons why Katy Perry and Russell Brand split last year but the singer has come out and said that nobody will ever know the truth.
Katy Perry has told The Hollywood reporter that only she and her ex-husband will ever know know the real reason behind the break-up of their 14-month marriage.
She said: 'Nobody knows what really happened except the two people who are in it.'
In her new documentary style 3D film, Katy Perry: Part Of Me, the star's marriage breakdown is touched on but Katy has revealed that it was hard to depict exactly what happened between the couple.

The singer also admitted in the interview that she would breakdown in tears over the troubles she was having in her personal life between the concert! s.
'There were times when what was going on in my personal life was so overwhelming that I had to bend over to let those tears fall straight out of my eyes and not my false lashes just as Im about to go up on that ramp and sing Teenage Dream.'
