WENNSince it was revealed that Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert Pattinson, the British hunk has been crying on the shoulder of celeb pal Katy Perry and while the twosome have been spotted getting close the 'Twilight' hunk allegedly turned down a date with the sexy singer out of fear he would be mobbed.
Katy, who has been involved in an on-off relationship with John Mayer over the summer, allegedly invited the 26 year-old with her on a day out to Disneyland with her and best pal and Rob's rumoured love interest Shannon Woodward.
The actress who has reportedly been getting close to Rob since photos of Kristen kissing married director Rupert Sanders emerged pleaded with the hunk to accompany her, but the British star turned her down.

It was her decision to go to Disneyland with her best friend Shannon [Woodward] this past Saturday. She loves, loves, loves Disneyland and it is her favourite place on earth!, a source told HollywoodLife.
She asked Rob [Pattinson] to join her and Shannon, but Rob didnt want to get mobbed," the source explained.
The gesture was the 'Part Of Me' star's way to get Rob out of his depressive state that he sunk into after finding out Kristen had cheated on him.
Katy has been trying to be as suppo! rtive as she can for Rob, the source continued.
She understands what hes going through and wants to help him. Katy has been urging Rob to go out and be silly and have fun!
Looks like while Rob might want to hit the clubs, he isn't quite ready for Disneyland!
