Katy Perry opts for minidress in Japan

Katy Perry wowed the crowds in a cute minidress at the Tokyo premiere of her film today.
The stunning songstress is promoting her movie documentary Katy Perry: Part Of Me in the Japanese capital. Katy made sure all eyes were on her in a subtly-patterned blue minidress. The strapless frock seemingly featured cloud motifs, which is fitting for Katy's signature quirky aesthetic.
The raven-haired beauty teamed the dress with purple platform heels, while keeping accessories to a minimum. Katy wore a delicate silver bangle which gave the whimsical ensemble an ultra-feminine feel.
Katy wore her new dark bob in loose waves and chose to keep her make-up natural and understated.
The star usually opts for a bright beauty look, but toned it down with pale pink lips and subtle smoky eyes.
"?Excited to hang out with my Japanese fans tonight & FINALLY premiere my movie PART OF ME! Saved the best for last of course...? (sic)" she wrote on her Twitter page earlier in the day.
Katy hasn't disappointed with her outfit choices in the country. She touched down in Tokyo's Narita International Airport yesterday wearing an eye-catching outfit of black jeans and an eclectic shirt which boasted a multitude of patterns and colours.
