Katy Perry's curves look hot at perfume launch in LA
The perfume's fragrant, she's fragrant, everything's fragrant
It's always nice to look at pictures of Katy Perry, so let's all be grateful she put this skintight frock on and headed out in LA last night to launch her perfume, Meow! (The exclamation mark is hers, not ours. We don't think it's that funny/ shocking that she's launching a perfume).
Now everyone can enjoy a lovely look at her in a tight pink dress while they eat their Coco Pops.
Katy's perfume launch took place in The Grove shopping centre in LA, and Katy signed bottles of the fragrance for fans afterwards. She also had a little ride on the shopping mall's old-fashioned train, which must have been tricky because she was wearing whopping heels.
Katy on the train. Not the 19.07 Stafford to Wolverhampton, is it?
Katy was also appearing on TV show Extra (presented by AC Slater from Saved by the Bell, or Eva Longoria's mate Mario Lopez as he's now known) where she answered questions. Luckily they weren't just ! about th e perfume, because that would have been really really boring.
Instead, she talked about when she'd be releasing a new single - still not the juicy chat about Russell we were hoping for, but better than 'notes of vanilla.'"I know you guys want a new record," she said. "But I have to live a little so all the songs will be something worth listening to. I think that maybe I'm just going to think about enjoying Christmas and New Year's."
She also chatted about why she's recently dyed her hair blonde (seriously, nothing about Russell?)
"I'm having fun with my hair colour because I was black-haired for 10 years," she revealed. "That was a long time, so I just decided to change things up, try new things and see what worked. Who knows? I'll probably have to shave my head one day because of it."
Bad news - she then got on to the 'notes of vanilla' stuff.
"The first fragrance [Purr - there's a theme] was more floral, by a long while, and this one is a lot more edible," she said. "I think that if you can hear a song, and it'll take you back to that moment, or that person, or that time in your life. Same thing with your sense of smell - it's really powerful. So I thought I could make memories for people with Purr or Meow."
She then talked about the bottle. THE BOTTLE.
"I grew up going to flea markets, and all the vintage stores and the Rose Bowl in Los Angele! s," she said. "I'd always look for milk glass - that beautiful, vintage milk glass that held candles, or salt and pepper. I definitely wanted to use it for Meow."
Woah. This is BIG.
