WENNJust days after going public for the first time, Katy Perry and John Mayer look set to take the next step in their relationship following news that the singer is set to buy Katy a promise ring for Christmas.
The 'Free Fallin'' singer has been dating Katy for four moths now, and the 35-year-old has moved away from his womanising days, and now he's determined to prove it.

Last year Katy had one of the worst Christmases possible when she split with her husband of 14-months Russell Brand, so John is determined to make the holiday brighter.
"He's likely to buy Katy a promise ring to mark his intention to be with her for a long time," a source told Now magazine.
"But no one will be surprised if he actually proposes."
Katy and John are now making their love life official by appearances on the red carpet together, but the 'California Gurls' star has had a number of run-ins with her ex.
Both stars were seen enjoying the LA Lakers earlier this year, but thankfully were sitting at different ends of the court - and according to reports, just last week Katy hid under a table at The Polo Lounge in a bid to avoid the British funnyman. Awkward.
