She's renowned for her colourful, kitsch and girlie dress sense.
But after being surrounded by high fashion at week, perhaps Katy Perry felt like a change.
The singer dressed uncharacteristically drab and in a more mature style than usual as she enjoyed a spot of sightseeing in Paris today.

Fans of the singer could have been forgiven for not recognising her as she visited the Decorative Arts Museum in grey jeans, cashmere coat and yellow animal-print top.
She teamed the ageing style with a pair of black ankle boots - the type you'd expect her ex-husband Russell Brand to wear.
The recently divorced pop star has been in Paris since Wednesday attending Fashion Week.
Serious: Perry scrapped back her dyed blue hair into a severe ponytail
On Saturday, she complemented her blue hair with a blue coat as she attended the Viktor and Rolf Autumn/Winter 2012 show at the Espace Ephemere Tuileries.
Meanwhile, the singer is currently in talks with movie mogul Harvey Weinstein for a possible role in his upcoming biopic on Britain's Got Talent star Paul Potts.
Weinstein's film company is producing a film about the former Carphone Warehouse salesman, who leaped to fame when he won t! he first series of BGT in 2007.
Team Perry: The Californian singer was accompanied by her large entourage
The producer admitted he had spoken to Perry about possibly playing Potts' wife Julie-Ann in the film.
During their conversation at Weinstein's pre-Oscar party at Soho House last weekend, Perry was heard saying: 'I love a challenge.'
Weinstein told the New York Post's PageSix column: 'I was talking to Katy about a new project, a possible dramatic role in the Paul Potts movie, which will be shooting in England soon.
'Wed really like someone like Katy or Adele to play the role of Potts wife, and Katy seemed genuinely interested.'
Ageing: Perry looked a lot older than 27 in her mature ensemble
The film, entitled One Chance, will be directed by David Frankel, who helmed The Devil Wears Prada.
Weinstein and Frankel are currently in secret negotiations with a British actor to play Gloucs-born Potts.
The Billy Elliot-style story will tell how Pott turned to singing when he was bullied at school.
Usu! al style : Perry wore more colourful and revealing outfits in Paris earlier last week
He was a manager at a Carphone Warehouse in Bridgend when he found fame on BGT.
Perry is being eyed to play Julie-Ann, who Potts met on the internet in 2001.
The Kissed A Girl star filmed what would have been her big screen debut in Get Him To The Greek in 2009, but her cameo ended up on the cutting room floor.
However, last year, she voiced Smurfette in animated film The Smurfs.
