Katy Perry's band frontman tweets 'she can go die'

Katy Perrys bands frontman, Damian Abraham, has taken to Twitter to express his disdain for the pop star.

"Seeing Katy Perry as a soldier in 'Part Of Me' really makes me think that we need to start a war so she can go die, he tweeted, The Hollywood Reporter writes.

Perrys fans did come to her defense, which Abraham showcased in one tweet that he actually retweeted on his account. He retweeted, "or ... you can go die! World would be a better place without [sic] you're ugly beardy fat face!"

On Thursday, he seemed a bit more remorseful about his initial tweet but he followed up his comments by saying "Yes I'm aware my last tweet was kinda dumb but so is glamorizing war to sell records to idiots. Katy Perry Still Sucks."

Meanwhile, Perry has been forced to explain her relationship status to her fans, as her rumored new flame tweeted a picture of himself with her in it.

The New York Post reports that model Baptiste Giabiconi tweeted a picture of himself with Perry, whos divorce from actor Russell Brand is still pending.

The model wrote that Perry looked "amazing." His rep told Page Six that he and Perry are "feeling it out" and right now theyre "spending a lot of time together.

The New York Daily News reports that Perry subtly wrote in a tweet that she is both single and satisfied. Just ate a ton of garlic, heard it's an immune booster #hopeitwerks #mandeflecter #singleandsatisfied," she wrote.
