Who's That Girl? Katy Perry Wears Disguise To Party In New York

Katy Perry took a night off from being an international superstar as she donned a disguise over the Memorial Day weekend to party in the Hamptons, New York.

The exclusive neighbourhood is known for it's celebrity residence and usually leave the stars to themselves, but not even this was good for the 'Firework' singer who covered her face and body so not to draw attention to herself.

"It was hard to recognise Katy because she had on an oversize beach hat, with big glasses and a long baggy dress," a source told The New York Post.

The star partied hard with a group of friends at "raucous club" South Pointe until the early hours of the morning, taking a table near the DJ Chris Lake.

Clearly the star had a good weekend and took to Twitter yesterday to wish her followers the same: "Hope every1 is having a lovely Memorial day. Shout out to all the wonderful men & women who are serving & have served our beautiful country."

Perhaps the 27 year-old's strange outfit was to try and stop anyone hitting on her? After divorcing husband Russell Brand the star was recently linked to Florence and The Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd but broke off their fling because she was too busy with work.
