Katy Perry unveils 'Part of Me' 3D movie poster
The Teenage Dream star released the photograph, which bears the tagline "Be yourself and you can be anything", via her Twitter account, teasing the project's July 5 release date.
"So happy to share with you the official #KP3D movie poster...from a hairbrush to a headliner...get ready, JULY 5TH!" she wrote in the accompanying post.
The Part of Me poster shows Perry in a messy bedroom, singing into her hairbrush in front of a mirror. Her reflection projects the superstar version of herself on stage with microphone and blue wig.
Perry previously revealed that the project was inspired by Madonna's Truth or Dare, saying: "Madonna is everything to me, and that movie is amazing, because it caught her at a time when she was a bit more vulnerable.
"I wanted to do that too, to capture a snapshot of who I am now so that I can remind myself what I've lost if I ever do become totally jaded."
The 26-year-old has confessed that she plans to take a vacation in the coming months as she is "exhausted" from working too hard.
