Katy Perry Splits With Robert Ackroyd?

Katy Perry has reportedly split with Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd.

As we previously reported, the Wide Awake singer was snapped holding hands and kissing Rob at the Coachella Festival last month - fuelling rumours that Perry was dating the tattooed musician.

Now, US Weekly has claimed that K-Pez has called time on her romance with Ackroyd, blaming their hectic work schedules for the break-up.

A source told the publication: "It wasn't that serious. It's not a nasty thing and they are still talking, but Katy told him to do his thing and they'll talk soon."

A separate insider added: "No hard feelings. She's really busy and so is he."

Last week, Perry's ex-hubby Russell Brand revealed during an interview on the Ellen DeGeneres Show that he still loves the Teenage Dream star, stating: "I still love her as a human being, but, sometimes when you're in a relationship, I suppose it doesn't work out."

He added: "That doesn't mean I regret it or anything. I was very happy to be married with her. She's such a beautiful human being and I just have only love and positivity for her."
