Katy Perry Claims Country Album 'Makes Everything Better' Amid John Mayer 'Split' Rumours
FayesVision/WENNKaty Perry has credited country singer Kacey Musgraves for helping her cope during her reported split from John Mayer. Taking to Twitter she praised the album Same Trailer Different Park, by writing it makes everything better after encouraging her followers to buy the album.
Katy has yet to confirm the reports of a split from Mayer for the second time. The couple split briefly in August before reconciling the following month, but its thought the pair has called it quits once again.
According to claims by Us Weekly, numerous sources have confirmed the split. Once source told the publication that 'it's sad,' but suggested it may not be a permanent end for the two singers.
'It's not over until it's over. You have to see how things play out,' the insider added. Another source claimed: 'She's leaving the window open. They have both been so focused on work.'

Despite the reports the pair seemed to be happy earlier this month, as Katy tweeted on March 2nd My boyfriend is taking me to a kitten shelter in his truck. I can't think of a mo! re perfect Saturday.'
The pair were also recently spotted together enjoying a hike with Girls star Allison Williams and her boyfriend in the Hollywood Hills.
Katy, whose divorce from Russell Brand was finalised in July, began dating Mayer that same summer.
John is quite the lothario and has been linked to numerous women in Hollywood including Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson.
