Katy Perry helps John Mayer celebrate his 35th birthday in NYC
There seems to be a new status of Katy Perry and John Mayers relationship every week, with tabloids reporting that theyve broken up, then reconciled merely days after.
But one thing is for sure this time they were definitely together while celebrating Mayers 35th birthday on Tuesday night at the New York City restaurant Freemans.
Us Weekly reports that Perry, 27, joined Mayer and about 12 of his friends (including Mayers father) at the celebration, wearing a floral dress and yellow heels.
It was a very tame and civil," an onlooker told Us. "They talked and laughed but nobody got crazy. Everyone looked like they were having fun. John seemed happy."
The source added John had a great time. He's matured."
E! Online reports that Mayer and Perry spent time together in New York City this past weekend as well, getting dinner together on Sunday night and ending the evening at a nightclub.
