Proactiv Adverts showing Katy Perry and Justin Bieber promoting acne treatment products have been banned from British TV. All of Proactiv's commercials have been taken off our airwaves and replaced by ones showing, erm, Gabriella Ellis from Made In Chelsea . What was the problem with the US originals? They were "misleading", according to the Advertising Standards Authority, because they promoted an active ingredient which isn't even used in the UK version of the product.
