Katy Perry and Russell Brand Celebrate Anniversary - Other Celeb Couples Celebrating This Month

Sunday found Katy Perry and Russell Brand celebrating their first wedding anniversary. Last year, the power-couple wed each other in India. The 36-year-old actor and comedian and the "Kissed a Girl" singer met each other on the set of "Get Him To the Greek," though Perry's scenes were cut out later. This has been quite the busy month for celebrity weddings. Hollywood's top wedding coordinators must be getting ready to spend big in November after such a great October!

So who else is in the October Wedding Club?

Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell - Sir Paul got hitched for the third time earlier this month on October 9th. The date should sound familiar to fans of a little band called The Beatles as the birthday of Paul's long-time collaborator John Lennon. His first marriage to wife Linda ended after nearly 30 years when she passed away after a long fight with cancer. His second marriage to Heather Mills was a nightmare from almost the very beginning and it was the cause of much tabloid activity. Maybe all Paul needs is love and a really great pre-nup?

Seth Rogen and Lauren Miller - Rogen, star of "Paul," and "Knocked Up" wed his long time girlfriend, actress Lauren Miller on October 2nd. The two had been dating each other for about seven years, and were married in a Jewish ceremony officiated by a female Rabbi. The guest list included Jonah Hill, Judd Apatow and Paul Rudd.

Danny Masterson and Bijou Phillips - Another celebrity couple also got married this month. "That '70s Show" star Danny Masterson and actress Bijou Phillips tied the knot on October 18th in Ireland. The two had been together for eight-years and got ! engaged in 2009. Masterson's brother Chris was the best man. The pair appeared in the 2009 romantic comedy "Wake" together.

"Mad Men" Actresses - Two of the phenomenal actresses from this Emmy winning show got married in October of 2009. Red-hot redhead Christina Hendricks got married to Geoffrey Arend. Powerhouse Elizabeth Moss married "Saturday Night Live" cast member Fred Armisen. Sadly, only Hendricks and Arend remain married; Armisen and Moss were divorced earlier this year.

Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed - The two have had a tremendously long-running relationship before they got married on October 1st. The two also star in a reality TV show together called "Gene Simmons: Family Jewels." Many speculated this was just a ratings stunt for that show, but with a relationship spanning almost 30 years and two kids, no one can deny the commitment the two have for one antoehr. The KISS front man and actress Tweed were hitched in front of about 300 people at a hotel in Beverly Hills.
