Katy Perry Dresses Up For Day Out With Boyfriend John Mayer
WENNShe might have been slammed for her fashion choice at the People's Choice Awards last week but that's not going to force Katy Perry to dress casually any time soon.
In fact, the pop star made sure she was looking her very best as she ran errands in California with her musician beau John Mayer this week.
Katy, 28, wore a black and white dress that clung to her curves which she teamed with heeled ankle boots and dark sunglasses.
And she was very much in contrast to Mayer, 35, who looked casual in comparision in baggy jeans, boots, a combat jacket and blue scarf.
The pair were seen visiting a pharmacy and picked up vitamins and snacks. They looked like they were going on a trip as Mayer wheeled a purple suitcase while Katy carried a big black holdall.
The pair went public with their romance in the summer and have been pretty inseperable since. So much so, that John, who had a reputation as a Hollywood lothario after dating Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson and Taylor Swift, is believed to want to settle down with Miss Perry.
Heat magazine reported that Katy has reportedly tamed him so much he's convinced she's the one".
An insider told the magazine: "John is serious about Katy, that's for certain. He has never imagined settling down with someone, but he's infatuated with her.
They have the same sense of humour, they love the same music and they love to travel together. And, of course, she's beautiful. Although John's got a reputation as a ladies' man all of their friends completely approve because he's so dedicated,"
